Cardio Class Prices:
Cardio Classes are included with all Ultimate Fitness Center Memeberships
$48.00 for 12 classes (Non - Ultimate Fitness Center Members)
Aerobic Kickboxing - No equipment needed. Proper athletic
wear and shoes. 20 minutes cardio; 10 minutes abdominal sculpting;
10 minutes hard cardio; 10 minutes technique & cardio; 10 minutes
cool down and stretch.
Hi-Lo Aerobics - No equipment needed. Proper athletic wear
and shoes. 10 minutes warm up; 30 minutes cardio aerobic training;
10 minutes cool down. 10 minutes abdominal
Group Toning & Sculpting Classes - 5lb dumbbells needed.
Proper athletic wear and shoes. 10 minutes stretching; 30 minutes
toning and sculpting; 10 minutes cool down.
Level 2 Kickboxing/Conditioning - Wraps, gloves, proper
athletic wear and shoes required. 10 minutes wrap glove and warm
up; 20 minutes cardio; 20 minutes (pad) technique; 10 minutes abs/sculpting;
10 minutes cool down & stretching. Classes focus on introduction
to pad workout. Fundamentals include footwork, slipping punches
& kicks, instruction in hand wrapping. Class size is limited.
**Level 2 Pricing = $60.00 for 12 classes**
There will be a maximum number of participants per class. Any person
with a pre-paid class card will have the priority over a person
paying per class.
